1 ON 1 PRIVATE TRAINING

​In-person sessions offer direct, hands-on coaching specifically targeted to your goals, including:

  • Corrective Exercise (post-rehab or injury)

  • Strength Training, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting

  • Sports Performance, Sport Specific training

  • Flexibility and Mobility training

  • Weight Loss

REMOTE TRAINING PROGRAM

After an initial consultation and assessment, a customized program is designed to address areas of weakness or dysfunction, while moving toward your desired training goals.

 

These are self-lead sessions with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check-ins.

WORKSHOPS

​We offer an array of informative and challenging workshops for your team, group, club, etc., including:

  • Student Athlete & Club Workshop

  • Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift Workshop

  • Strength, Mobility and Flexibility Workshops

The focus of these detail-oriented workshops is to learn proper pre and post-training techniques to increase performance, educate on the importance of proper biomechanics and learn about the importance proper recovery.

ON-SITE AT YOUR CORPORATE LOCATION

Our On-Site Services aim to provide your trainers and members with elite level client assessment and treatment. With a combination of modalities, our goal is to help your athletes optimize their performance while focusing on injury prevention and proper movement techniques.
